The Dynamic iFrame Hosting Code allows:
a webpage to include another webpage as an iFrame,
while accommodating dynamic/responsive sizing needs.

Originally developed to allow projects like the Dynamic / Directory Audio Player to be inserted into another page with the PmWiki CMS framework.
