DW-Service -- One-Time Use -- HowTo
GUEST / Remote Operator
DW Service is a Remote Desktop tool.
It allows one computer to See and Operate another computer.
This is a great way to provide remote computer support or training.
This Page is for the Person who will be remotely accessing another computer.
Once the "Host" has Run the DWService software on their machine, you will be able to access it using this tutorial:
First - You don't need and account, and you don't need to download anything!
Once the Host (Mom) has followed the instruction to Run the Agent
Simply visit the DWService Login Page
Have the Host read the USER number and enter that into the USER field, and then click "Next"
Now enter the four digit Password.
You should get to a page something like this:
Click on the Agents icon.
And you should see something like this:
Now Click on "Screen" wait a little bit and the HOST should see a permission pop-up to allow you access.
Once they agree, and the screen loads (it can take 30 seconds)
then you will be able to operate the remote computer using your mouse and keyboard.
There are special tools (upper left corner) to allow restricted keystroke and other special methods, but we will leave those for another tutorial.
